Orders

How long does my order take to arrive?
All Poppopteez shirts are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Most customers receive their order within 5–10 business days.

Why does my order take longer than store-bought shirts?
Each shirt is printed specially for you after the order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs and personalization while reducing overproduction and waste.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Personalization

How does personalization work?
Some Poppopteez designs allow you to add your dog’s name or custom text. If personalization is available, you will see a personalization box on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

What if I misspell the name?
Please double-check spelling before placing your order. Personalized items are printed exactly as entered. If you notice a mistake shortly after ordering, contact us right away and we will try to correct it before printing begins.

Can I add more than one name?
Most designs allow one name, but some designs can include multiple names. Check the product description for details.

Can I request a custom breed or design?
We are always adding new dog breeds and designs. If you don't see your breed, feel free to contact us — we may be able to create it in the future.

Products & Sizing

Are the shirts true to size?
Yes. Our shirts have a comfortable unisex fit and run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, consider ordering one size up.

Where can I find the size chart?
A size guide is available on every product page to help you choose the best fit.

How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking great:

• Turn the shirt inside out
• Wash cold
• Tumble dry low heat
• Do not iron directly on the design

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Poppopteez primarily ships within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Replacements

Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Because each item is made to order, we typically cannot accept returns for incorrect size or buyer’s remorse.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost.

Who is behind Poppopteez?
Poppopteez is a small business created for dog lovers. After 23 years working in retail and later 18 years as a nurse, I started Poppopteez to create fun shirts inspired by the joy dogs bring to everyday life.

Our designs are also inspired by our own Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Barney and Opie.
